It’s never to early for you and your little one to have some Fun together. Our emphasis is on the excitement of learning. We believe that every child wants to learn, play and be inspired! The benefits of gymnastics are amazing. Children are extremely impressionable and energetic! Starting them at an early age in a gymnastics program is the best way to channel that energy and teach them healthy and social behaviors that help shape the rest of their lives.
Our Parent/Tot classes promote early development and provide a strong foundation for your child’s critical first three years.

Preschool Gymnastics Classes
Ages 3 - 5 yrs Coed
I hr. Class - 1x a week - Monthly Fee
Finding activities that are fun, hold our children’s attention, and are healthy is a difficult task. Fun-n-Fit will provide all this and more. Classes will help your child channel their boundless energy and reach developmental milestones in a structured environment. Your child will improve their social skills by interacting with their class and coach and they get some great exercise at the same time. This is sure to be a building block for participation in other sports or building confidence to take part in other community activities as children grow.

School Age Gymnastics Classes
Ages 5 - 6yrs Girls
1 hr. Class - 1x a week - Monthly Fee
Gymnastics is a confidence-building sport that improves strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination. It’s the best activity for developing skills for all other sports.
Our program will develop gymnastics skills in a fun atmosphere. Each student will learn basic tumbling skills along with introductory skills on all the gymnastic equipment.
Gymnastics provides an opportunity for children to acquire not just physical skills, but social and emotional skills that will be a compass for their future. Its a sport that truly benefits the whole child!

Ninja Gymnastics Classes
Ages 5 - 7 yrs Coed
1 hr. Class - 1x per week - Monthly Fee
Ninja classes are designed to be fun and challenging while remaining safe and noncompetitive. Classes will focus on developing strength, stamina, and agility in relays, conditioning exercises, games, team-building and obstacle courses that enhance body awareness, muscle strength and confidence. Kids will be challenged mentally and physically while instilling a mindset of overcoming adversity both inside and outside the gym.
